All of our smoked meats are cured and smoked in house with our famous brine. We are well known for our hams, ham hocks, pork and beef bacon, smoked turkeys, and smoked pork sausages.

Owner Chris Peterson is a jerky fanatic and is dedicated to creating the best jerky recipes in Sonoma County. We currently offer beef, turkey, venison, bison and wild boar jerky. Our Bloody Mary, Aloha, and Teriyaki marinades are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
